Seattle. Wash., of Mrs. Mabel
Fletcher Durkee, 83, a former
Baker resident and frequent
Rogue valley visitor.
Survivors include four chil
dren, Wesley Durkee, Med
ford; Floyd Durkee, Prine
ville; Mrs. Bernicc Boyle, Se
attle, and Mrs. Ruth Stotft,
Portland; four sisters, 20
grandchildren, 48 great grand

died in Phoenix, Ariz., yester
day morning.
He was born Dec. 9, 19B0,
in Portland, Ore. His mother
is the former Miss Sharon
Brownson, formerly of Ash
land. The couple recently moved
to Phoenix, Ariz., from Port
land. Rensfield was attending
the American Institute of For
eign Trade in Phoenix.
. Besides his parents, Scott
Rensfield is also survived by
his grandparents, Mr. and
Mrs. Joe Rensfield, Ashland;
Mrs. Winifred Brownson, Ash
land: Clair Brownson, Ash
land; an aunt, Barbara Rons
field, Ashland; and three un
cles, Dallas Brownson, Ash
land: Dick Rensfield, in the
Navy at Newport, R. I and
Kenny Rensfield, Kodlak,
Alaska.
Funeral services will be
held at 2 p.m. Saturday at
Litwiller's Mt. View chapel.
The Rev. Duane Alvord will
officiate. Private commital
will be in Ashland cemetery.
