Grove property near the Fern Valley rd, in the Phoenix area for the Highway 99 freeway right-of- way. The commission Is seeking condemnation of two parcels of land, one containing 8.63 acres and the other 0.03 acres. Also needed is an easement for .35 acres far a frontaiie road to be constructed by the stale highway department to connect with the Fern Valley rd. The commission has allowed $192 for constructing a fence for the property and estimated the true value of the property at $7,650.
