Television viewers and bowl fans alike were somewhat mystified during the halftimc when a card stunt that was billed as spelling out "Husky" came out ' Cal tech. Shortly afterward, instead of spelling out "Huskies," the word came out spelled backwards. ' Carefully printed rooters' cards were prepared and last Saturday night when the Huskies ware( at Disneyland the forged cards were substituted. In all, 2,232 of the false cards were used to make the gag come off. "It took 170 man hours of work," said one of the con spirators. "We just did it to see if it could be done."
