Better Relations
With Kennedy

President James R. Hoffa has
made a bid lo improve his re
lations with President-elect
John F. Kennedy. The two
have been feuding ever since
the Senate rackets inquiry
into the Teamsters.
Hofta's conciliatory mood
apparently did not extend,
however, to Kennedy's young
er brother, Robert, who
served as general counsel to
the . rackets Sroup. n nu.i
aide said Robert was unfit for

which he has been mentioned
in speculation.

rackets inquiry, was adopting
