Tax Refunds Are Granted by Court The Jackson county court signed orders yesterday grant ing tax refunds covering as sessments which had been paid already. A tax refund was granted J. David Thomasson, 309 Chestnut st., Medford for the fiscal year of 1060-61. The assessment of $40.30 had been paid previously by J. A. Thomasson. Louis P. Older was granted a tax refund of $337.04 for the current fiscal year. Robert Higgins had previously paid the amount due. The refund will be sent in care of C. J. The agreement allows ex tension of the road along Laurel and Broad sts. It also provides for abandonment of the former road ' extension route which included South st. from Laurel to Oak st. and Oak st. to Broad it.
