The names of the victims were withheld pending notification of their next of kin. I l)B OBITUARIES CHARLES GUY WATSON Ashland Funeral services for Charles Guy Watson, 68, of 509 North Mountain ave Ashland, who died Monday, will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23, at Lit willer's Mt. View chapel. The Rev. Glen Hutton of Myrtle Point will officiate. Inter ment will be in Mt. View cem etery. He was born May 3, 1891, in Centralia, Wash., and had lived in this area about two weeks. Survivors include his wi dow, Cora Belle Watson; two daughters. Miss Catherine Watson, Empire, and Mrs. Bulie Mae Case, Ashland; a son, Charles Guy Watson Jr., Gold Beach; a brother, George S. Watson, Nagasaka, Japan; a sister, Sarah Brunswick, El Paso, Tex. He was married to Cora Belle Quick in Centralia, Wash., Oct. 5, 1910. He was a member of the Elks lodge and the First Christian church. JOHN FLOYD KEENEY Ashland - John Floyd Kceney, 73, of 'Oakland, Calif., died in Oakland Mon day. He was bom July 30, 188?. Survivors include his wi dow, Ethel Keeney, Oakland; one son, Dallice Keeney, Ala meda, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Brown, Boise, Idaho; two brothers, Joe Keeney, St, Joseph, Wash., and Henry Keeney, Payette, Idaho; a sis ter, Maude Johnson, Oakland, Calif.; and three grandchil dren and two great grand children. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, at Litwiilers Mt. View chapel. Interment will be In Mt. View cemetery. DOUGLAS B. EASOM The body of Douglas Brown Easom, 25, who died from a gunshot wound Saturday in Rogue River,' was forwarded last night by Conger-Morris, funeral directors, to Oak Grove, La., his former home, for services and interment. Mr. Easom was bora July 27, 1835, in Mississippi. He was married Oct. 13, 1953, in Greenville, Miss., to Eleanor Holland, who survives. Other survivors include three children, Rickey, Roger Dale, and Quintene; his par ents, Mr. and Mrs. John A, Easom, Oak Grove, La.; two brothers, T-Sgt. Grady Easom, U.S. Air Force, Little Rock, Ark.; and William C. Easom, Rogue River, ore.; and a sis ter, Mrs. Grace Lamberson, Shaw, Miss. MONTY RAY CALL Funeral services for Monty Ray Call, 14, of Gold Hill, who lost his life Sunday in a hunting accident, were held this afternoon at Conger-Morris Funeral home. The Rev. Robert W. Olmsted of the Central Poini Presbyterian church officiated. Committal was in Hillcrcst Memorial park. Monty was born June Z, 1946, in Fresno, Calif. He was a student in the eighth grade at the Gold Hill school. Survivors include his par ents, Mr. and Mrs. DeMont Call; a brother, Fred, and two sisters, Zona and Sandra, all at home In Gold Hill; and his grandmother, Mrs. L. J. Ed wards, Redondo Beach, Calif. that donations be made to the Cancer Society. Siskiyou Funeral service, directors of Chapel in the Trees Mortuary, are In charge of arrangements. CHARLES WHITLOCK Funeral services for Charles Philip Whitlock, 56, of 1425 Crater Lake ave who died Saturday, were held this aft ernoon at Hillcrest Memorial Chapel, with Conger-Morris, funeral directors, in charge of arrangements. The Rev. Dr. George Roseberry of the First Methodist church officiated. Committal services were con ducted by Medford Lodge No. 103, AFsAM, of Medford, in Hillcrest Memorial park. Honorary casket bearers in cluded Ole Skoog, Earl Min ger. Bob Meyer, Norman Fan, Merle Morse, George Barnum, and Louis MacDuekston. KOHN Funeral services for Shel don William Kohn, 75, of 2802 West McAndrews rd., who died Sunday, will be held at Conger-Morris Funeral home downtown chapel Wednesday t 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Warren Ghristensen of the Eagle Point Community Bible church will officiate. Commit tal will be in Memory Gar dens Memorial park. Mr, Kohn was born July 20, 1885, in Gillet, Wis., and had lived to southern Oregon tor 37 years. He was married Nov, 17, 1807, in Berlin, Okla., to Stella M. Wilkison, who survives. He was a lifetime member of Medford Lodge, IOOF. He was a past presi dent of Teamsters Local 982, of Medford. Survivor,' besides his wife, include a son, Melvin W. Kohn, Central Point; two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Lock ard, Medford; and Mrs. Max ins Shawley, Seattle, Wash.; three sisters, Mrs. Tressa Maples, Sonora, Calif.; Mrs. Beryl Hickson, Eagle Point, Ore.;; and Mrs. Mildred Holmes, Medford; and five grandchildren. Casket bearers will include members of Medford Odd Fellows Lodge, Servicemen COMMENDED Pvt. Michael S. Young blood, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ross A, Youngblood, 3255 Hollywood ave., was recently selected as an outstanding trainee of his basic training company at Ft. Ord. . Youngblood received a let ter of commendation from the commanding officer of the Third Brigade,. MILTON OTTOMAN Private funeral services for Milton Ottoman, 70, of 1048 West 13th st., Medford, who died Sunday, will be held Wednesday at 2 p,m. at the Chapel in the Trees Mortuary, in Siskiyou Memorial park. The Rev. John O. Reynolds of the Westminster Presbyterian church of Medford will of ficiate. Interment will be in Siskiyou Memorial park. Mr. Ottoman was born March 1, 1890, in Modesto, Calif. On July 23, 1912, in Medford, he was married to Maude Lee Gaines, who sur vives. Before his retirement in April, 1939, he had been em ployed by the Southern Pa cific company. Mr. Ottoman had been associated with Southern Pacific for 30 years. He had been a member of the Medford Elks lodge and was on the building committee of the present Elks' Temple in Medford. Survivors, besides his wife, include one son, Robert Lee Ottoman, Medford; one daugh ter, Mrs. Ruth J. Du Rose, Corte Madera, Calif.; one brother, Leon Ottoman, Santa Rosa, Calif.; one sister. Miss Violet F. Ottoman, Berkeley, Calif.; one granddaughter and one grandson.
