Load Falls - Jack Richard Brace, 35, of Grants Pass, told city police Wednesday that a chain on his flatbed truck came loose causing part of a load of lumber to fall off. Driver Cited - City police cited Adolph Fred Burghardt, 64, of 1132 Biddle rd. for failure to yield the right of way following a two-car colli sion Wednesday about 12:50 p.m. on Biddle rd. between McAndrews rd. and Jackson st. Police said the Burghardt vehicle backed out of a drive way in front of a car oper ated by Alma Skov, 51, of 807 Sherman st. She is the last of 12 children born to the late Wil liam J. and Josephine Ply male, early pioneers in south ern Oregon, She was married in 1906 to Thomas Collins, who died in 1926. She was then married in 1932, in Grants Pass, to Nick Kime, who died three years ago. Survivors include two nieces, Mrs. Ada Knackstedt and Mrs. Kathryn Nelson, both of Medford. EDWIN L.
