Rails also were hard hit.
Baltimore & Ohio, Atlantic
Coast Line, Louisville & Nash

Nickel Plate all dropped a
point or more.

To Secure Visa

ers, failed today to secure a
visa to visit her husband in
the, Soviet Union. ,
Soviet consular officials at
the embassy here told Mrs.
Powers that they had not yet
received a reply from Moscow
to her application for a visa.
