Butte Falls Man Files $7,500 Suit James Ford, box 53, Butte Falls, is seeking $7,500 from Medford Corporation, accord ing to a complaint filed in cir cuit court. The damage suit results from an accident Feb. 16 near Butte Falls when Ford was helping to load oil barrels on a truck. The barrel slipped damaging the fifth finger on his right hand, Ford alleges in his complaint. He alleges further that Medco was negligent in not having a proper light to work by, not having a proper means to load barrels, and in requir ing the barrels to be loaded under the existing conditions.
