The House approved by voice vote Wednesday a $3,-j 837.943,900 Agriculture De- partment money bill after its floor managers knocked out the inspection funds. , But the Senate was certain i to restore most if not all the $26,838,000 or poultry check-! ing and other marketing serv-1 ices. After his first summit con ference at Geneva in 1955, Eisenhower has quite disap pointed at the inability of the foreign ministers to put the so-calied "Spirit of Gen eva" Into operation.
