Right-of-Way Law Slated for Study Salem -(UPD The Oregon Traffic Safety commission agreed Thursday to a request by State Highway Engineer W. C. Williams to look at pos sible changes in Oregon's right-of-way law. Williams said the law giv ing right-of-way to vehicles on the right poses a problem on the state's growing free way system because it implies legal priority to drivers on approach ramps. Members of the Commis sion agreed Informally that vehicles traveling on a free way should have the right-of-way over those entering even from the right. The Commission also was asked by Williams to look into the question of how low a vehicle should be permitted to be built. He said some mod ified cars are so low that in the event of a flat tire, the cars undercarriage can catch on the road throwing the ve hicle out of control.
