Tuesday, March 1, 1960 Two Appear in Court On Burglary Charges Ray Dwane Hoskins, 25, of 108 New st., Talent, was sen tenced by Circuit Judge Ed ward C. Kelly recently to 40 months in the Oregon State penitentiary for burglar not in a dwelling. Hoskins had pleaded guil ty to the charge. He was charged with breaking into the 90 and 9 Tavern, 1234 South Riverside ave. on Jan. 28. Jack Leroy Vincent, 25, of Jacksonville, pleaded guilty to burglary not in a dwelling and a pre-sentence report was ordered. Specifically he was charged with breaking into the Jacksonville Dental Lab oratory at 111 East California st., on Jan. 21.
