Medford Girl Bound Over to Grand Jury Ruby Ann Carlisle, 22, of 814 West Eighth st., Medford, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of uttering and publishing a false check when she appeared in district court yesterday. She waived privilege of having an attorney represent her, preliminary hearing and is being held in the Jackson county jail in lieu of $1,500 bail.
