Jack Hoffbuhr To Jack W. Hoffbuhr, Phoenix High school senior, has been selected to compete for a Civil Engineering scholarship, ac cording to Frank E. Ross, ed ucation committee chairman for the Rogue Valley Section of the Professional Engineers of Oregon. Hoffbuhr will enter semifi nal competition against the high school seniors selected by the other three sections of the Professional Engineers of Oregon. In submitting Jack Hoff- buhr's name to the state schol arship committee of the PEO, Ross said: "It is difficult to reject our other thre appli cants as each of them is a fine, intelligent, outstanding boy, capable of taking engineering training.
