The Coos Bay junior ex serviceman has scored 105 points , in five conference games. He scored 65 points in three conference games during the week. A pair of Eastern Oregon forwards moved into second and third spots in the confer ence race. Frank Chase jump ed to second with 95 points while teammate Pasco Arri tola has 92 in six games. Chase's average is 15.8 and Arritola has 15.3. Tom Bernet of Southern Oregon continues to head the field goal shooting accuracy department. The Red Raider has canned 14 of 24 shots for a .583 percentage. Arritola is second, hitting 31 of 59 for a 5.25 percentage. Norm Oliva is best at the free throw line with 8 of 9 shots dropping for a percent age of .889. Freshman Brad Flanary of SOC is second at .818. Flannary has dropped in 18 of 22 shots. OCE's Al Harter still holds the rebound lead. The 6-9 Salem youth dropped his av erage to 11.8 from last week's 14.0 but his 69 retrieves in five games tops the OCC. Oregon College continues to lead team statistics. The Wolves have averaged 70 points a game, lead in team shooting from the field with a .389 percentage, and is the top rebounding team with bet ter than 44 per game. Port land State's defenses slipped in an overtime loss to OCE Tuesday but the Viks con tinued to set the defensive pace for the conference. PSC has yielded 48.2 points a game.
