Acetate quilt lined. s - TODDLERS Penneys' Mezzanine ' sizes 2 te 4 Brando, Ex-Wife in Hassle Over Youngster Hollywood (UPJ - Anna Kashfi claimed Saturday ex husband Marlin Brando tried to see their 1 9-month -old son on Christmas Day in defiance of temporary court order designed as truce in a bitter visitation battle between the parents. Miss Kashfi, who returned here this week from Europe, said she refused to permit Brando and an unidentified woman to enter the house Friday. "I . simply can't be humiliated and embarrassed in this way," said Miss Kashfi. The actress insisted she had permission of the court to have "undisturbed enjoy ment" of Christian Devi Bran do on Christmas. She said under the ruling, Brando had the same rights for Thanks giving. Brings Another Woman "It's bad enough that I have to go into hiding in my own house on Marlon's regular visiting day," Miss Kashfi said, "but when he brings another woman, that's the last straw." Paul Magasin, Miss Kashfi's attorney, said she was "quite distraught and in tears" over the incident she said took place Friday afternoon. "This is definitely an illus tration of what's been going on in the past," the attorney said, "make is impossible to reach an ammiable agree ment." The attorney said Miss Kashfi's story of what hap pened Friday would be brought to the attention of the court at the renewal of the visitation hearing on Jan. 13. Judge Lists Rule Superior Judge Mervyn Ag gleer issued a list of rules for temporary visitation rights when the two sides failed to reach agreement at a hearing last November in Santa Mon ica superior court. Brando wants the court to hold Miss Kashfi in contempt for violat ing provisions of the original divorce agreement on visiting privileges. Mist Kashfi in turn demanded a restraining order to prevent Brando from "annoying, harrassing or mo lesting" her. She accused Brando of strik ing and beating her when he came to visit their son. Brando said his ex-wife threatened him with a butcher knife and once tried to run him down with in automobile. The charges were made in affi davits filed with the court. Donkey-Riding Senator Makes Good on Pledge Winona,' Miss (UPD A newly - elected Mississippi state senator set out on a don key Saturday to travel 90 miles to the state capital at Jackson and make good a cam paign pledge. Ahead of donkey - riding Sen .-elect Hugh Baile plodded constable - elect H. D. (Bus ter) Montague riding a bull. Montague also promised vot ers last . summer that, if elected, he would ride a bull to Jackson. "We expect to arrive In Jackson about 10 a.m. Wed nesday and be greeted there by the Winona Confederate cavalry, about 100 strong," Bailey said. C. -(UPD- A dog, faithful even in death, led searchers to a mountain area where his mas ter committed suicide Christ mas day. The body of Mitchell C. Higgins, a 31-year-old Korean War veteran, was found after the dog returned home alone and coaxed searchers to fol low him back to the aband oned farm house where Hig gins lay dead of a broken neck. Mother of 10 Shot lo Death Houston, Tex. - (TPJ - A mother of 10 children was shot to death just before midnight Friday night because her hus band said he heard a noise in their henhouse. Dead was Mrs. Jessie James Arnold, 34, wife of a 36-year-old Negro porter. ' Arnold, who was ki jail to day, told police the shotgun blast which killed his wife was accidental. Man Charged With Killing Wife, Girl Richmond, Mo.-fUTD - Two first degree murder charges were filed Saturday by Char les Sloan, district attorney, against James McGill, alleged killer of two. McGill, 26, now in the Ray County Memorial . hospital, shot and killed his 22-year- old former wife, Mrs. Sherry McGill and their 15-month-old daughter, Lee Ann McGill last night." McGill, along with the bod ies of his family, had been found in his ex-wife's apart ment, near the bathroom.
