He's 20, and so is she. Plans To Fight Dorothy plans to fight it all the way to the House of Com mons. - The ministry received her first salvo today: "Sir," she said in a letter lodge Plans Meeting In Medford Nov. 18 The Benevolent. There's not too much we can do about it. I've never heard of it being waived before." The officer said Soames "undoubtedly will consider the letter and answer it, but the answer may not be the one she wants, of course." He said Dorothy will be en titled to a paid passage as soon as her husband, Arthur, becomes 21. Dorothys said Wednesday she has been re fused permission to go even if she pays her own way. Yes, that's probably true, the press officer said. De Gaulle To Pay Visit To Britain London -fllPB- French Presi dent Charles de Gaulle will pay a three -day visit to Britain in April, it was an nounced Thursday. Fixing of a final date appar ently was delayed pending settling Soviet Premier Niki ta Khrushchev's visit to Paris, which is set for March 15.
