He had lived in Medford for the past 34 years, and had worked as a drafts man, and an engineer, both for the City of Medford and Medford school district. He served in the Army dur ing World War I. WRIGHT The body of Robert William Wright, 42, of Vallejo, Calif., who was fatally injured Sat urday night, was taken today by Conger-Morris, funeral di rectors, to Long Beach, Calif., for services and interment. Mr. Wright was born Mar. 19, 1917, in Cleveland, N. D. He was employed as a machin ist at the Naval shipyard in Vallejo, Calif. Survivors include his moth er, Mrs. Pearl A. Wright, of the Little Applegate;- two brothers, Duane Wright, Du arte, Calif., and Francis Lea Wright, Poulsbo, Wash., and a sister, Mrs. N. E. Dunham, Ba kersfield, Calif. L. D. CRANK The body of L. D. Crank, 44, of Costa Mesa, Calif., who was fatally injured Saturday night, was taken today by Conger-Morris, funeral direc tors, to his homej Costa Mesa, for services and interment. Mr. Crank was born Sept. 25, 1914, in Oklahoma. He was married April 17, ' 1954, in Las. Vegas,' Ney., to Mable Hauntz, who survives. CAMILLA OWEN Ashland Mrs Camilla Elizabeth Owen, 89, of 2895 Highway 66,. Ashland, died early today after a long ill ness. . Mrs. Peabody, the daughter of Daniel and Annette Bemis, was born Nov. 13, 1873, in Beloit, Wis., later living in Kansas and Colorado. On Oct. 12, 1900, in Colorado Springs she was married to Henry M.' Peabody, who preceded her in death in 1949. In 1921, she moved from Portland to Ashland, where she and her family lived for 30 years. She had made her home in Medford with her son Wallace R. ' Peabody sinee 1950. She had been a member of the Royal Neighbors of America for many years. . . Survivors include two sons, Harold M, Peabody, Portland, and Wallace R. Peabody, Med ford, three grandchildren and ! five great grandchildren.
