High School Shady Cove & Elk-Trail Schools in said school district, for the purpose of submitting to the legal voters of said district the question of Increasing the tax levy for the fiscal year 1959-1960 over the amount limited by section 11. article XI, of the Constitution of Oregon. The reasons for increasing such levy are: The tax base is inadequate to cover the budgetary needs. For years it has been necessary to exceed the 6 limitation. The amount of tax, in excess of the 6 limitation, proposed to be levied for said fiscal year is S377.738.76. . Dated this 27 day of April, 1959.
