Communist Files Said Los Angeles - (UPD - The Home Un-American Activities Committee has charged that secret files of the Communist party show it has picked Southern California as a prime target for the spread of its influence among labor groups and Mexican, Jewish and Negro minorities. , Rep. Donald L. The committee said the Southern California district was set up in 1947. .
