ThunJjy, March 26, 1959 5 MAIL TRIBUNE, MEDFORD, ORE. EAGLE POINT Service Set Eagle Point-A Union Good Friday service "will be held at the Eagle Point Community Bible church March 27, at 7:45 pjn. The Rev. Paul Kroon, of the Central Point Community Bible church, will speak. The Trail Community Bible church. Central Point Community Bible church and the Berean Baptist church will all participate. The serv ices are open to the public and everyone is invited to attend. The Eagle Point Jaycees will sponsor another Old Fashioned Easter Egg Hunt at the high school football field Saturday, March 28, at 2 p.m. The hunt will be in three age groups, from 1 to 4 years olds, 5 to 8 year olds, and 9 to 12 year olds, with prizes being warded. I This is the second year for the egg hunt in the Eagle Point area. The Eagle Point Commu nity Bible church will hold worship services Easter Sun day at 8:30 a.m. and at the 11 a.m. Sunday school is scheduled at 9:45. The Easter Sunday School program will be presented Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m. at the church. The Eagle Point Grange will hold a ham dinner at the Grange hall Easter Sunday, March 29, from 12:30 until 4 p.m. The dinner will be served family style. Mrs. Jack Chamberlain and children of Fortuna, Calif., are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Ed ward Chamberlain and Mr. and Mrs. Charley Cearley and Joyce, and other relatives dur ing the Easter week vacation. Mrs. Neal Ballard and chil dren of Reno, Nev., are visit ing her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Harnish, Crater Lake highway, during the Easter week vacation. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Harnish celebrated their anniversary on Tuesday, March 24, with a family dinner. Bobby Ballard was over night guest at the home of Willard Webster March 24. Mr. and Mrs. Lester McFall, Willard, Gary, Laurinda, Har old, Debra, David and Steven .went to Calif, recently to visit McFall's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee McFall, Live Oak, Calif., and Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Richmond. Calif., and Mr. and Mrs. W. Vernon Bernard, Oakland, and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Miller, Napa, Calif. They spent Satur day at Golden Gate park, re i,TTiinr thrnneh Sacramento and stopping by the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Mc Larty en route home. The Mc Larty's are former -residents of the Eagle Point district. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Stahly and family spent the three-day vacation at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Brock, Lebanon, March 21. The Eaele Point Parents, Teachers, Students association will meet in the high school nv.rarv Anril 1 at 8 D.m. There will be a baked food sale and ffier will be elected.
