Linda Christian To Ask Support Hollywood (UPD Actress Linda Christian, second wife of the late Tyrone Power, said today she plans to file a pe tition soon against the actor's estate for $1,300 a month sup port for her two daughters. Such action was set up in the original Power-Christian divorce proceedings. Before she can file such a petition she must be appoint ed legal guardian of the two girls, Romina, 8, and Taryn, 5, her attorney, James Fiz zolio, said in confirming that she would seek the support payments of $650 a month for each child. The guardianship is expected to be granted to day, the attorney said. "Under the original prop erty settlement between my client and Mrs. Power, no spe cific provision was made for child support during their father's lifetime. All the pay ments were alimony, making them tax deductible to Pow er," Fizzolio explained. "In case of his death, how ever, it was provided that the estate would support the chil dren. It is up to the court, of course, to determine what amount is fair for them to receive. ' ' Known, Best liked. Best Selling TV $5 v T BT M PULL-PUSH ffl m 0N0FF III I I MHSoiJKl! Police Investigate Possible Amnesia In Hunt for Woman Santa Barbara, Calif.-(UPD- Police today investigated the possibility that Mrs. Olga Dun can, 30, who disappeared Nov. 17, may be the victim of am nesia. At the same time police and FBI agents continued their search for the expectant mother's body on the theory she may have met with foul play. The possibility that Mrs. Duncan, whose mother-in-law, Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Duncan, 54, has admitted impersonat ing the younger woman at fraudulent annulment pro ceedings, may be an amnesia victim was disclosed after a medical specialist informed police he was called on to treat the missing woman for "psychotrumatic symptoms." Lived in Fear The obstretrician, who was not identified, told police the former Canadian nurse lived in fear of her mother-in-law. No charges have yet been filed in connection with the disappearance. Meanwhile, police revealed that the man who posed along side the older woman as her son, Santa Barbara attorney Frank Duncan, 29, was being held on felony charges. He was identified as Rolph Win terstein, 25, of Santa Maria, Calif. Mrs. Duncan, although ad mitting the plot to annul her son's marriage, said she knew nothing about his wife's dis appearance. She was held for perjury and filing a false statement in connection with the annul ment. Bloodstained Car Police Capt. A. C. Wade said police were looking over a bloodstained car, registered to a Santa Barbara night club owner, which was found three HER GIFT THIS YEAR lovingly matemmpi J i if ,m i r 1 "ID I A .
