Oregon, at least 15 days prior to the said date. Said bonds shall be furnished and printed by the City of Medford. Oregon, and shall be sold subject to the approving opinion of Messrs. Shuler. Sayre. Winfree and Rankin, bond attorneys, of Portland, Ore gon. The City of Medford, Ore gon, will at its own expense de liver said bonds complete, without undue delay, at such city in Ore gon as the successful bidder shall name. All bids must be in writing and all persons offering to purchase said bonds are invited to bid thereon at such rate or rates of Interest, not exceeding six per cent (6) per annum, as they shall des ignate, and said bonds shall bear such interest as shall be designated by the purchaser thereof.
