the San Francisco Giants and
an "all-team slump" for the
sad showing of the Los An
geles Dodgers in 1958 - and
at the same time predicted
today that the club would be
battling for the National
league crown next year.
"Did you ever hear of every
man on a team having a bad
year the same season?" asked
Cimoli, who winters here,
"Well, that's just what hap
pened to us last season.
