Sinalra Disclaims Romance Rumors London -UPD- Frank Sinatra publicly disclaimed reports of a romance with Lady Beatty Monday night when he told a laughing audience that includ ed Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh: "I didn't come to London to get mar ried." Sinatra made the statement from the stage of the Odeon Theatre in acting as master of ceremonies to introduce Dan ny Kaye and other film stars at a $73.50 a seat charity pre miere of Kaye's new movie, "Me and the Colonel." His name has been linked persistently with that of Lady Beatty, American - born di vorced wife of war hero Earl Beatty, and several London newspapers have suggested they planned marriage. Lady Beatty was not in the audience which contributed 570,000 to the British Empire Campaign. Foreman, of Bremerton, Wash., for conspiracy in con nection with income tax eva sion. Foreman was convicted of the charges, but the appellate court recently reversed the conviction because of an un sound theory in instructions to the jury about the nature of the conspiracy charge. In ordering the new trial Monday, the court accepted an argument presented by the government in a petition for rehearing. The court said Foreman could be tried on the basis of another theory as to the nature .of conspiracy. Foreman was accused of conspiring with Armador R. Seijas and his wife, Betty, to evade taxes on $172,000 in 1942-45. The money was ob tained by withholding profits of pinball machines in the $ Bremerton area, according to The government.
