Driver Cited After Highway 99 Crash harles Richard Greene, 53, of 2476 Reed lane, was cited by state police yester day for failing to stop for a red light following an acci dent between his car and one driven by Miss tlelen Ruth O Nelson, 50, of 3224 Forest ave. Miss Nelson, who suffered fractured ribs and facial cuts, according to the police re port, was cited for no oper ator's license. She was report ed in fair condition today at Rogue Valley hospital. Police said the accident oc curred shortly after noon yes terday when Greene's car, southbound on Highway 99, i struck Miss Nelson's car as it proceeded on a green light from the Bear Creek Orch ards. Greene suffered facial cuts, according to reports.
