Langley, former Mulnte mah County District Attorney was reported today to have petitioned the Unite States Supreme Court to review the record of the trial in wtiich he was convicted of inflect of duty. Langley was convicted April 13, 1957, of neglect of duty by failing to prosecute operators of a gambling game.
