Moral Strength0
Milwaukee (UPI) Capt.
Albert F. Ledebuhr, an Army
chaplain, is helping the Army
develop a character course
designed to improve the moral
strength of yojng men.
Ledebuhr . said the lessons
contain no specific religious

cover basic moral character
istics that are the foundation
for religion.
"If we can convince a
young man he is not the man
he ought to be, and that there
is a lot of room for improve
ment during the week, then
we can teach him religion on
Sunday," he said.
The lessons, which will be
given to young soldiers
throughout their tours but
especially during basic train

as duty to authorities, the na
tion and God, plus a rundown
on the Ten Commandments.
