Zachary, who operates the station with his two sons, ChuchPand Carroll, said the station will give away five pounds of sugar with each 10 gallons of gas. Libby orange glassware will be given with each five quarts of oil. The station is also sel ling by the case lot during the three days, Zachary said. Lollipops and balloons will be given children and a cer tain number of free hams will be awarded as prizes. The new station, which has been open for two weeks, will feature 24-hour service at its four pumps, dt has the latest wheel blancing and overhead lubrication equipment, Zach ary said. Eagle Point Youth Sentenced in Court Marvin Andrew Ward, 18, (V 324 South B st., Eagle Point, and two 16-year-old Medford boys were, arrested last week by Medford city police in connection with theft of beer from the Wilson Dis tributing company recently. Ward was sentenced to a year in the county pail subject to being suspended in part by District Judge James M. Main. The other boys were turned over to juvenile auth orities. Three other boys, a 17-year-old Phoenix youth and 16 and 15 year old Medford teen agers, also were questioned by city police regarding the en- a CONTRACT AWARDED - Salem (UPI) The State Highway commission Friday awarded a $1,037,844 contract to R.
