Japanese Scieniisis Await Sun Eclipse Tokyo TP Japanese scien tists hoped today for clear weather Saturday for effec tive observation of the 80 to 90 per cent annular eclipse of the sun. The eclipse will start about 11 a.m. in Japan and last for about three and a half hours. The Tokyo Astronomical Ob servatory and Seismological Institute sent observation parties to Hachijoji island, 180 miles south of Tokyo. Darkness will envelop Hachijoji island for about six minutes. A ball game between the Hanshin Tigers and the Chunichi Dragons at Nagoya has been delayed half an hour because of the eclipse. India produces about 37 million goat and sheep hides in a normal year.
