in the grade school cafeteria.

The elementary school PTA
executive meeting was held
Monday, April 14, in the
teacher's dining room.

representative for the elemen
tary PTA, and Mrs. Charles
McClure and Miss Beverly
Tresham will represent the
Eagle Point PTSA at the Ore
gon Congress of Parents,
Teachers convention at Bend,
Ore., April 21, 22 and 23.

dent body with adult supervi
sion of parents and teachers
from each room.
A bridal shower was held
at the home of C. S. Griffin,
on Nick Young road in honor
of Miss Carol Wyatt, daughter
of Mrs. Ruby Wyatt, Central
Point, and the bride-elect of
Jerry Cave, who is stationed
at Fairchild Airforce base in
Washington. Jerry is the son
of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Cave,
Eagle Point.
The theme of the shower
was a bridal set, with the
bridal dolls of Miss Wyatt and
the bridal group, Misses Lois
and Sandy Farlow. The dolls
have been the theme at May
bridal showers in Eagle Point.

17. The regular business meet

the dogs in Eagle Point are
to be kept tied during the
months of April, May and
June. The owners will be sub
ject to a fine if the dogs are
impounded by the county dog
catcher.
Two SOC Students
To Attend Session

been selected as delegates to
attend the eighth session of
the model United Nations on
the University of Washington
' campus.
The men will represent
Spain at the meeting. Dr. Clif
ford Miller, International Re
lations club advisor, will ac
company the group.

attend the meeting are Nancy
Norbury, David Dickerson,
David Bowdoin, Myrtle Con

Carolyn Crowley.
