Ex-Turncoaf Said Hijacking Engineer Seoul W South Korean Home Minister Lee Keun Jik aid Wednesday a one-time turn-coat from the North Korean Army engineered the international hijacking of a Korean airliner with 34 per sons aboard. The North Korean Red Cross ignored a plea by the International Red Cross to help return any of the pas sengers taken to North Korea against their will, including two Americans and two Ger mans. Mrs. Willis Hobbs, wife of the plane' American pilot, flew from Hong Kong to Korea with her two small chil dren today in hopes her hus band would be released. Home Minister Lee said police investigation indicated seven Dersons aboard the Korean National Airlines DC-3 were involved in the plot to fly to North Korea. Lee said investigators "ob tained material evidence" that the plot was headd by a former North Korean soldier named Kim Kyung. Norblad To Have Little Time for Campaigning Portland (IP) Rep. Walt er Norblad (R-Ore.), who faces a stiff primary election battle for renomination, said i Wednesday he would not be able to spend much time in the state for his campaign. Norblad is opposed for the first district GOP nomination by Phil Hitchcock, ex-state senator who lost to Douglas McKay in the 1956 primary for nomination as the Repub lican senatorial candidate.
