scales raised is to attract men

experience, service veterans
with radar and air traffic
background these are the
men we should be getting and
aren't."
Another controller with 20
years experience asserted
that some major air centers
"are short as much as 50 per
cent in qualified personnel."
Resignation Given

resignation of his 17-man cab

gram time to a discussion of

The publicity was all a re

Godfrey in specially design
