A survey by the United Press counted at least 191 deaths from flu or complications arising from it since the Asian malady arriv ed in the United States last sum mer after sweeping the Orient. Health officials said almost one third of the deaths attribut ed to the disease and its compli cations occurred in the past week. , New York, with 54 deaths, topped the nation's flu t o 1 1.
