Driver of the truck was Charles An thony Silva. 41, of Hayward. Calif. According to police, Eakle who was traveling north, passed the oncoming truck. The car was damaged in the accident. No citations were issued, police said. Daw son, 55, who died Monday, has been forwarded by Conger-Morris Funeral home to his home at Meridian, Ida., for services and interment. Mr. Dawson was born in Il linois April 23, 1902. He had been visiting in southern Ore gon about three weeks. Survivors include his wife, Leada; five brothers, Eras Daw son, George Dawson, and Bry an Dawson, all of South Pekin, 111.; Morg Dawson, Galesburg, 111.; and Oscar Dawson, Cald well, Ida.; and a sister, Mrs. Lola Smith, South Pekin, 111. FRANK C. HAGLE The body of Frank C. Hagle, 56, of Corey rd., who died Mon day, will lie in state at'Conger Morris Funeral home until 9 p.m. today. Services will be Sat urday at Lebanon, Ore. Mr. Hagle was born Jan. 8, 1901, in Mabton, Wash., and had lived in southern Oregon for the past three years. He was married Oct. 21, 1928. at Eur eka, Calif., to Violet Nafe, who survives. . . Other survivors include a son, Alan Hagle, at home; three daughters, Mrs. Milford Houtan, Lebanon; Mrs. Chester Royer, Foster, Ore.; and Phyllis Hagle, at heme; three brothers, Albert R. Hagle,' Medford; and Harry and Elzy Hagle, Cushman, Ore.; two sisters, Mrs. Grace A. Young, Oxnard, Calif.; and Mrs. Edris Jones, Simi,- Calif.; and six grandchildren. LLOYD Mrs. Lenora E. Lloyd, 78. of 540 Austin st., RJedford, died Monday at the home of her son, Allen B. Lloyd, in Gig Harbor, Wash. She was born April 1, 1879, in Pilot Rock. Survivors include five sons, Allen B. Lloyd, Gig Harbor, Wash.; Robert K. Lloyd, Rose burg, Johan and William Lloyd, Klamath Falls, and Ralph Lloyd, Grants Pass; seven daughters, Mrs. Earl Ladd, Watsonville, Calif., Mrs. Ed Todd, Redding, Calif., Mrs. A. T. Tockey, Klam ath Falls, Mrs. Frank Crowell, Medford, Mrs. A. MacCaully, Kenyon, Calif., Mrs. A. Folsom, Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Dean Babb, Guam Island; one sister, Edith Dale,. News About Servicemen HOME ON LEAVE Airman 1c Max Lindley, son of Mr. and Mrs. B. H. Lindley, 1012 Crater Lake ave., Medford, is home on leave from McChord Air Force base, Tacoma, Wash. His sister, Mrs. J. N. Gorman, is also visiting the Lindleys. She is enroute to Japan to join her hus band who is stationed with the Air Force there. Win Awards Two students from the Arthur Murray studios here received bronze medals for "dancing knowledge and abil ity" in an examination conduct ed in Portland last week end, it was reported. Janet Gibson and Kenneth Jacks, both of Med ford, received medals following an exhibition dance and exami nation before a West Coast re gional Arthur Murray dance di rector, it was explained.
