Her grandmother, Mrs. Edna Liebhodt, was more seriously hurt and required hospitalization. On The Side By e. v. Durimg (Distributed by King Features Syndicate. Inc.) Too many men have the ap pearance of being the fathers of their wives rather than their husbands. There are innumer able married couples of the same age in which the wife looks 15 to 20 years younger than her hus band. In cases where the hus band is about 10 years older than his wife, he looks his age. If the wife appears to be 15 years younger than she is, then it is as I said. How ever, some husbands are doing something about it. In Paris there is an organization devoted exclusively to the rejuvenation of the appearance of middle-aged men. There are places in New York where a man can stream line down to something akin to the figure of his youth. He can also have facial treatments and hair rejuvenation. He, too, can take 10 or 15 years off his ap-, pearance. Many wives view this situation with alarm. They have a feeling if a man begins to look i young he may get too many ! "young ideas." They could be right. Landmark j That historic Manhattan land mark, the Flatiron Building, is still in business. Was interested in noting that one of the tenants is an organization called '"The Metropolitan School of Infant Care." Something every young husband should know these days is how to cooperate with his mate in caring for thei" infant. That is because so many married women are now working outside 1 1 the home. They expect ou per cent cooperation from their spouses in handling the home and that includes knowing how to handle a baby. No young woman should answer in the af firmative to a young man's pro posal of marriage unless he is a graduate of a schol of infant care. Asking Queries from clients. Q. Rubin, which also includes articles by internationally cele brated experts on the subject. This book is issued by the Brit ish Medical Association and is sold for the equivalent of about 20 cents.
