He said a petition by 2.000 feneticists, biologists, chemists and physicists urging an end to H-bomb tests shows that "some times scientists get off the beat en track." No Deal Reported In Italian Vote Rome IIP Leaders of the Christian Democrat party today hastily disowned the extreme rightwing Monarchists and neo Fascists parties whose support helped Premier Adone Zoli win his first vote of confidence. Zoli won the parliamentary lest for his all-Christian Demo crat government in the Italian Senate just before midnight. The vote was 132-93 with four ab stensions. He faces a similar test in the lower house on Friday. Fascist and Monarchist sena tors joined Christian Democrats and independents in supporting the Zoli government. In opposi tion was the extreme leftwing and the three small center par ties which were in virtually all of the coalition governments since the war. Leaders of the Christian Dem ocrats quickly stated there had been no deal whatsoever with the rightists. They said there would be no departure in the traditional pro-Western middle-of-the-road policy of the Chris tian Democratic party.
