The Federal Bureau of Identi fication in San Francisco identi fied them as Paul Earl Richard son, 19, of Wallace, Idaho, and Wilfred George Smart, 21, of Cleveland, Ohio. The FBI said they were taken into custody in Santa Rosa Wed nesday night and charged with driving a stolen car from Reno, Nev., to Santa Rosa. Chrysler sent home 60 men who normally handle material shipped to a strikebound Los Angeles plant. Another 240 workers in the material han dling department walked out in protest and the company then sent home the remaining 8,100 hourly workers at the plant.
