' V ' ' a if, S s y r V ! 4 Vsfvf Mrs. John Thomas Sinsel, the former Kay Luella Dunford of Eagle Point, was married March 30 in Eagle Point Community church with 150 guests attending the ceremony. The bride's gown was of embroidered nylon crystalline and tulle over taffeta and she carried a white orchid encircled with yellow rosebuds and white hyacinths. Mrs. Sinsel is a daughter of Mrs. Norman A. Dunford, Eagle Point, and the bridegroom's parents are Mr. ond Mrs. John Sinsel, Minden, Neb. An extra note of gaiety was added to the reception by the bride's cousin. Hector Smith of Eugene, who attended the wedding wearing his kilt of Gordon tartan and played the traditional Scotch "Salute to the Bride and Bridegroom" on the bagpipes before the wedding cake was cut. The bride is the former Alpha Jane Clinkinbeard, Coos Bay, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Karl S. Clinkinbeard of that city, and Mr. Butler's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Arnel P. Yost were among those who attended the dinner and style show 'given at the Jackson hotel March 29 by Medford Sojourners' club, organization for newcomers in the city. The Yosts, who came here about a year' ago, formerly lived in- California. The fashion show featured Easter finery, vacation and party clothes for both men and women. Mrs. Floyd Robertson (at right) was general chairman of the buffet dinner and fashion show which Medford Sojourners gave" March 29. Dining at the same table were (left to right) Mrs. E. W. Ingram, Mrs. J. S. Winslow, who was Mrs. Robertson's assistant chairman, and Mr. Winslow. Mr. Robertson, seated at ihs left of his. wife, was cut off by the camera lens. ... . . , ' 4 Richard (Uncle Rick) Schuchard provided intermis sion entertainment for the Sojourners style show, and also modeled the latest in golf clothes for men plaid Bermuda shorts with knit sport shirt. Mr. Schuchard did an impersonation of Beatrice Kay singing "Don't Go in the Lion's Cage Tonight." Mrs. Schuchard provided organ music for the show. One of the models for the fashion show given recently by Sojourners was Miss Barbara Nelson, daughter of Mrs. Earl Nelson, club member. Miss Nelson is pictured here wear ing one of the new white frocks of Spanish inspiration designed with ruffled bodice and red cummerbund. Miss Nelson wore short white gloves and red pumps with the gown. Commentator for the show was Mrs. G. F. Chamberlain, who wore a smart checked dress with touches of white and a black spring straw hat. Malson. Mrs. Malson is pictured here wearing a one-piece pink knit sheath frock with matching bulky jacket, an ensemble suitable for cocktail wear when the jacket is removed.
