Mollet Agree On Peaceful Solnlion Washington (U.R) President Eisenhower and French Premier Guy Mollet agreed yesterday that a solution to .the Middle East problem can be achieved by peaceful means. Mr. Eisenhower and the French Premier issued a joint communi que as Mollet concluded his Washington visit and left for New York. They also sledged continued support for the early reunifica tion of Germany by means of free elections and agreed that European defense forces should be maintained with convention al armaments nd "modern weapons" at such levels and bal ance "as to discourage any ag gression against th' territories of all NATO countries." Youths Collect $3,293.37 for TAP Cratf" "I'.igh school at Central Point turned in $1,227.56 in the recent Teens Against Polio cam paign, it has been announced by Nancy Adams, county TAP chairman. Crater, by turning in more money than any other fiigh school in the county, for the sec ond consecutive year has won the Solar Lumber Co. trophy. A total of S3.293.37 was col lected by the teen-agers in the county. Miss Adams reported. Other schools participating in the TAP program turned in the following amounts: Medford Senior high. $494.43; J Asmand senior nigh, .S4U0; Rogue River, S271.90: St. Mary's of Medford. $152.27; Jackson vile, $147.57, and Eagle Point, S40.13. Radio station KBOY turned in $104.51 from a teen age disc jockey show conducted throughout January. Chairmen heading the pro gram at the various schools vere Lary Smith at Crater; Jac que Colton, Linda Smith and Shirley Lilly at Medford: Gregg Monroe at Ashland, Don Davis at Rogue River, David Espey at St. Mary's, Linda Luper at Jack sonville and Carole Sheppard and Sally Mongold at Eagle Point.
