Horton, heading the campaign in this area. Horton said funds raised in the heart fund campaign are used to finance the research, educa tion and community service pro jects of the Heart association on a year-around basis. Highlight of the drive will be Heart Sunday, Feb. 24, when volunteers will stage a door-to-door campaign in about 75 Ore gon cities. Plus any other buildings which later may sprout in the vicinity. House members also have a "subway" minus cars. A tunnel connects the House wing of the Capitol with the two House office buildings, but members have to walk because they never voted the money to finish the job. That is unless you stick your feet or elbows out the open sides or take a header while the car is in motion.
