Three-Way Tie Is Reported By Duplicate Club Duplicate bridge play at last Wednesday's meeting of River side Bridge club resulted with three couples tymg for first, sec ond and third places with a team core of !01 points each. . Bidding ws different on every board ' but after match pointing the 24 traveling sheets the score totaled, the same. The tftree teams in the North South group were Mr.' and Mrs. Al Gilhousen, Mrs. R. J'. Conroy and Mrs. F. R. Baker, and Mrs W. W, Stevenson and ROy Pruitt. Fourth place team for that irrnup, were Berg Marten and William Isaacs with 8II2 points. Placing in the east-west group were Mrs. Marten and Mrs. Jack Mitchell, first with 105 points: Mrs. E. K. Ricker and Mrs. H. J oyd, second, with 100 points; Mrs. George Dean and Mrs. Frauk Uumaek, third with 94V4 points; and Mrs. B. L. Sanderson and Dr. George B. Dean, fourth with 851. points. Meeting Planned By Rogue-Elk Unit . Central Point Rogue Elk Home Extension unit will meet Friday, November 16, at the home of Mrs. Kenneth Lacey in Central Point. Mrs. Morris Bush will conduct the morning business meeting, and luncheon will be served at noon by Mrs. Lacey. Mrs. Harold Corliss and Mrs. Harry Nichol son. A lesson on pest control will be given by Don Berry, county extension agent in horticulture. Members are asked to take gifts for a Christmas box which will be sent to the Ganado mis sion in Arizona, a home for or phaned Indian children.
