Prior to coming here Mr. Man-! veld was with the First Church of the Nazarene in Pasadena, : Calif., for five years. I Mr. Mansveld is a graduate of ! Bethany Nazarene college. He I served on the staff at that col ! lege as professor in church music before receiving his master's degree in music from i Northwestern university. From there he continued his graduate studies at Garrett Biblical sem inary. During World War II he was an instructor pilot in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Mansveld. who has sung as ; a soloist in choral productions, is a member of the National As sociation of Teachers of Sing ! ing which is a group comprised ; of voice teachers in colleges, ' universities, and private studios throughout the nation, i He is married to the former Miss Marion Sederstrom of Salem, Ore. Mr. Cull has served as general presbyter representing I the southern Idaho district at j national conferences, and has i I Vesper Service To Be iHeld at Crater Lake A vesper service at the rim of Crater Lake will be held by the Congregational church, 4:30 Sunday afternoon. The place of the service is along the West Rim Road 1.6 mi. from Rim Vil lage junction. There is a place to park cars and the site of the service is just a few steps over the hill, where the congregation can sit on the ground facing the lake. Blankets or camp stools may be brought. The brief service will give opportunity for quiet medita tion and a short sermon on the topic, "Holy Ground," by the Rev. Thomas McCamant, pastor of the church. 1 Hey. Robert E. Cull acted in the capacity of trustee as well as advisor to the district superintends.
