That It is the opinion ot the Council that that part of the aforementioned water main laid in Murphv Road adjacent to certain real property in the City of Medford front ing on Murphy Road described as fol lows; to-wit: a laid in Murnhv Road from Bar nett Road to a point 478 feet North. May be used by the property front ing thereon as a laierai water mam without materially interfering with the use thereof for the purpose of a water main, the purpose for wnicn it was originally laid, and the Council proposes to permit the owner of ad jacent property to use the same for lateral purposes as aforesaid. Section 2. The Council will meet at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M.. at the Council Chamber in the City Hall on the 17th day of July. 1956. at which time and place all protests of said assessment, as hereinbefore provided for. will be heard. Section 4. The Recorder is hereby directed to serve notice hereof upon the property owners aforesaid by pub lishing this resolution 3 times in a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City and by post ing the same in 5 public places in said City; said publication and sard posting to be not less than 10 days before the date of said meeting.
