Rash of Flat Tires
In Salem Discovered
Salem (U.R) Salem police
today has the cause of a rash of
flat tires all pinned or rather
tacked down.
Officers said upholstery tacks
apparently spilled from a truck
yesterday and were to blame
for a brief tire repair boom. One
service station handled seven
cars with nine flats before city
street department crews washed
down the streets.
