Stevenson rested here today from his two-day tour of Penn sylvania in the city that gave him a 160,000 plurality in 1952. Stevenson, whose name will appear on the state Democratic primary ballot next Tuesday, ar rived by plane yesterday from the state capital at Harrisburg. He started his tour in Pittsburgh at the opposite end of the state Wednesday. Stevenson capped his drive for a. big vote in the Pennsyl vania primary with a 15-minute statewide television appearance last night. He criticized the Republican administration for giving the na tion "statistical prosperity." He said the GOP continually claims the nation is prosperous and yet "we have a farm depression and two million families earning less than $2000 a year." The only wooden shoe factory in the United States is in Hol land, Mich. Sayings Pointed Out In Power Projects Washington (U.R) Power users in the Pacific Northwest would save more than $6,000,000 a year if Pacific Northwest Pow er company is allowed to build Mountain Sheep and Pleasant Valley projects, according to a vice president of the firm. j John E.
