Sutherlin Youngster Drowns in Post Hole Sutherlin (U.PJ Laura Jean Hollopeter, 2, drowned yester day when she slipped and fell in a water-filled post hole 2V4 feet deep here. The little girl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Hollopeter of Sutherlin, had been missing about half an hour when she was found. Five doctors and the Oakland fire department respir ator squad worked for some time in a futile effort to save the child. The post hole, which had been dug for a fence, had filled with water because of heavy ground saturation. The Douglas county coroner's office said the little girl apparently slipped and fell head first into the hole. gg Hoy Barbecue WILL BE GIVEN AWAY MONDAY! Come In For FREE Tickets! NO OBLIGATION!
