The item followed a report from New Delhi on Prime Minis ter Jawaharlal Nehrii's state ment to the Indian Parliament that Mr. Eisenhower had been invited to visit India before he became ill and that the visit now will have to come later. The manner in which Mos cow Radio handled the news was believed to indicate a com plete hands off attitude in the matter of the presidential elec tions.
