(U.R) Chi nese Communist patrol boats I Tuesday captured two Japanese fishing craft in the East China Sea, a Japanese fishing associa tion reported today. The Japan Deep Sea Fishing association said it sent a cable to the Peiping government ask ing for the release, of the two 75-ton boats and their 23 crew men. This was the first regorted seizure of Japanese fishermen by the Communists since the Japan China fishing -agreement "was signed last June.
