Grants Pass over the week end
to visit Otis Medart, brother of
Mrs. Richardson, who is recu
perating from an appendicitis
operation.

and her three boys went to Sun
land, Calif., last week to be with
her mother who was suddenly
taken ill.
Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Hoover
moved last week from the Neal
home on Roberts rd. to their own
home which they bought recent
ly on Gregory rd.
Delmar McCray of Gary ave.
spent the week end with his fam
ily. He is working at Brookings
with Keith Bros., contractors,
where they have a contract for
the repair of some of the coast
highway north of Brookings.
Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hutchins
of Crater Lake ave. and two of
their children, Sharon and
Wayne, have moved to Klamath
Falls where Hutchins is working
with Morrison and Knutson on
construction of the airpcrt over
there. Their, other son Jimmy is

anese bride arrived in Oakland,
Calif., Jan. 25, coming by plane
from Japan where he was sta
tioned. After receiving his dis
charge from the U. S. Navy they
will come to Medford and. will
be at home to friends at his
mother's home.

They went up on the Green-
sprmgs and spent Saturday night
in a forest service cabin, return
ing Sunday afternoon.

The commission's semi-annual
report referred to the White
King and Lucky Lass mines c'
the Lakeview area which were
added to the nation's uranium i
producing operations during the .
last six months of 1955.
The report also commented on
uranium explorations in the
Lakeview vicinity apart from i I
the two original mines but a j
spokesman said it was too early j
to tell whether the deposits :
were commercially significant.
Mining in the southeastern i I
Oregon operations is now slack
due to bad weather conditions.
Ohio Family Sends
12 Children To College
Cedarville, O. (U.R)- The
Raymond Williamsons near here
have sent all 12 of their children
to college.
Eleven of the children en
rolled in Bowling Green, .(Ohio)
State University. The twelfth
child enrolled in Cedarville Col
lege but left in 1650 to take over
the family farm when the father
died. .

sister, Dr. Florence J. William
son, a member of the university's
college of education faculty
